Steve Winwood has played with rock gods Eric Clapton, Traffic, Blind Faith and Ginger Baker’s Air Force. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 as a member of Traffic. This time around he is on his Greatest Hits Tour. In 2008, Rolling Stone named Winwood as Number Three on its greatest singers of all-time list.

Steve Winwood is best known for his song collaborations with drummer Jim Capaldi, for Traffic. Winwood’s hit song, “Higher Love,” won Grammy Awards for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance and Record of the Year. He played the part of Captain Walker in the Who’s stunning rock opera, “Tommy.” In 2013, Steve Winwood toured with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and with Rod Stewart on the Live the Life tour. He has played on records with B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix, Lou Reed, Robert Palmer, George Harrison, and a host of other rock and roll legends.
