The Dooley Brothers Irish band started out in the folk music era of Chicago, along with Steven Goodman and John Prine. Their first album, “A Place in My Heart,” contains original folk rock songs backed up by the best sidemen in the Windy City. Fitz and The Celts combine traditional Irish tunes with songs by The Pogues, Hot House Flowers, and The Waterboys. They have toured with The Trinity Dancers and such recording artists as Michael McDermott.
