Beer Under Glass is a fundraising event which supports the Garfield Park Conservatory’s programming and mission. The event marks the beginning of Chicago Craft Beer Week.
If you don’t know, Garfield Park Conservatory is huge glassed-in sanctuary of thousands of species of stunning plants and flowers from around the world. Monthly programs teach kids about ecology and conservation. Beekeepers run hives there, the Chicago Bonsai Club meets there, and field trip participants learn about composting, planting, tree identification, home beautification and much more.
