Steve Winwood is best known for his song collaborations with drummer Jim Capaldi, for Traffic. He played the part of Captain Walker in the Who’s stunning rock opera, “Tommy.” In 2013, Steve Winwood toured with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and with Rod Stewart on the Live the Life tour. He has played on records with B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix, Lou Reed, Robert Palmer, George Harrison, and a host of other rock and roll legends.
